Browser extension
The Harvester extension is under development and is not yet available for installation. Below is a description of its planned features. Learn more in the Roadmap.
Harvester is LiveAI's browser extension. Found an interesting quote, a useful paragraph, or important information on a website? Select the text, click the button, and it's already in your LiveAI.
What Harvester can do
Save to a note
Select text on any web page and send it directly to a LiveAI notebook. The text is saved with its formatting -- headings, lists, and links stay intact.
Send to AI
Select a passage and send it to the AI assistant for processing. Useful when you need to:
- Get a summary of a long article
- Translate a passage
- Analyze information
Quick access to LiveAI
Open LiveAI with a single click, without having to remember the URL. Handy if you frequently switch between research in the browser and work in the editor.
What data is saved
When you send a snippet, Harvester saves:
- Text -- with HTML formatting
- Page URL -- so you can return to the source
- Page title -- for quick identification
Harvester is the perfect tool for collecting materials. Read articles, gather quotes, jot down facts -- everything goes straight to LiveAI, where the AI assistant will help you organize and refine what you've collected.

Installation
The extension is available for:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
Download it from the download page and add it to your browser. After installation, the Harvester icon will appear on the extensions toolbar.
