Search
When you have lots of documents, searching is faster than scrolling through folders. Search in LiveAI works instantly — start typing a name, and the list filters right before your eyes.
How to search
The search bar is located at the top of the left panel. Start typing — and LiveAI will show only those documents whose names match your query.
Search is:
- Instant — results appear as you type, no need to press Enter
- Case-insensitive — "marketing", "Marketing", and "MARKETING" all return the same results
- Path-aware — each result shows the folder it belongs to, so you can tell apart notebooks with the same name
Search results
Results are displayed as a filtered folder tree — you see not just a list of documents, but their location in the structure. This helps you quickly get your bearings when you have similar notebooks across different projects.
Use meaningful notebook names — and search will become your superpower. "SEO article for online store" can be found by any of those words.
Quick access
Beyond searching by name:
- Recent documents — recently opened notebooks appear at the top of the list
- Folder navigation — expand and collapse folders for a quick overview
