Written a great document? Share it with colleagues, clients, or friends. LiveAI gives you flexible access control — from private documents visible only to you, to full team collaboration.
How to Share a Document
Open the notebook menu and select the access settings. You can invite participants by email — they will gain access to the document after signing in to LiveAI.
Team Collaboration
When multiple people have access to a document:
- Everyone can edit simultaneously (see Real-Time Editing)
- Changes are synced instantly
- Version history tracks who made changes and when

Create a folder for your project, fill it with notebooks, and give your team access. All project documents are in one place, with shared access and collaborative editing.
