Installation
LiveAI works in any modern browser -- no installation needed. We're also building a desktop app and a mobile app so you'll be able to work offline and on the go. All platforms will sync with each other.
Web version (the fastest way)
No installation needed -- just open app.liveai.ru in your browser and start working.
Chrome 90+, Firefox 90+, Safari 15+, Edge 90+. If you update your browser at least once a year, everything will work just fine.
The web version is the full LiveAI experience. All features, all AI capabilities, all collaboration tools. It's perfect if you prefer not to install extra applications or if you're working on someone else's computer.
Desktop app (coming soon)
The desktop app is under development and not yet available for download. Below is a preview of how it will work. Learn more in the Roadmap.
For those who prefer a dedicated window over a browser tab. The desktop version will run faster, support offline mode, and update automatically.
Go to the download page and download the .exe file for Windows.
Open the downloaded file and follow the instructions. Installation takes less than a minute.
The app will appear in your Start menu. Launch it and sign in to your account.
The desktop app updates itself. When a new version is released, you'll see a notification -- just confirm the update and you're done.
Mobile app (coming soon)
The mobile app is under development. In the meantime, you can use LiveAI through your phone's browser -- the interface is fully responsive. Learn more in the Roadmap.
The mobile version of LiveAI will be available for Android. Your documents will sync automatically -- start an article on your computer and finish it on your way home.
Go to the download page and download the APK file for Android.
Open the downloaded file. Android may ask for permission to install from unknown sources -- allow it and proceed.
Open the app and use the same account as on your computer. All your documents will already be there.
Browser extension (coming soon)
The Harvester browser extension is under development and not yet available for installation. Learn more in the Roadmap.
Want to save interesting snippets from any website directly into LiveAI? The Harvester extension for Chrome and Firefox will let you do exactly that.
With it you can:
- Highlight text on any page and send it to a note
- Save a snippet for the AI assistant to process
- Jump to LiveAI with a single click

Which option should you choose?
Right now, the web version is the best way to use LiveAI. Desktop, mobile, and the browser extension are being actively built. Follow the Roadmap for updates.
