Images and media
Text is great. Text with images is even better. Add images to your document by dragging and dropping, pasting from clipboard, or inserting by URL.
How to add an image
Three ways — pick whichever is most convenient:
Simply drag an image file from your file explorer (or desktop) straight into the editor. The image will be placed exactly where you drop it.
Adjusting images
After inserting an image, click on it to bring up the settings menu:
Size
Drag a corner of the image to resize it. Proportions are preserved automatically. You can also set an exact width and height in pixels through the menu.
Alignment
Text wrapping
Want text to flow around the image — like in a magazine? Enable wrapping:
- Wrap left — image on the left, text on the right
- Wrap right — image on the right, text on the left
- No wrapping — image on its own line
Alt text
Add a description for the image — it will be displayed if the image fails to load. Useful for accessibility and SEO if you publish your documents.
Took a screenshot? Press Ctrl+V in the editor — and it's instantly in place. No need to save it as a file first.
Supported formats
LiveAI supports all popular image formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG, WebP. Images are embedded directly in the document, so they are available even offline.
